摘要
目的:探讨Meek植皮联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶在大面积烧伤患者中的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的大面积烧伤患者82例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组给予Meek植皮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗,比较两组输液总量、输注红细胞量、手术时间、住院时间、创面愈合时间、术后愈合情况及并发症发生率。结果:两组输液总量、输注红细胞量、手术时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组住院时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后创面一期愈合率、植皮存活率均高于对照组,死亡率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后死亡、脓毒症、感染及休克发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:meek植皮联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶用于大面积烧伤患者中能缩短住院、创面愈合时间,能降低术后并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Meek skin graft combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Topical Gel in patients with extensive burns.Method:Eighty-two patients with extensive burns from January 20 to December 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into the control group(41 cases)and the observation group(41 cases).The control group was treated with meek skin grafting.The observation group was treated with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor External Gel on the basis of the control group.The total infusion volume,infusion red blood cell volume,operation time,hospitalization time,wound healing time,post-operative healing and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the total infusion volume,infusion red blood cell volume and operation time between two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing rate and skin grafting survival rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the mortality rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative death,sepsis,infection and shock in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Meek skin graft combined with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Topical Gel can reduce the length of hospitalization and wound healing in patients with extensive burns,and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It is worthy of popularization and application.
