摘要
目的:探讨对小儿紫癜性肾炎患者予以雷公藤多苷治疗的临床价值,并分析对其免疫功能的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院于2018年3月-2019年3月期间收治70例小儿紫癜性肾炎患者为研究对象,按照随机表法将其分为研究组与参照组,各35例。参照组患者予以常规抗过敏等治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗基础上联合雷公藤多苷治疗,比较两组患者免疫功能指标及临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者白细胞介素-8、血清白细胞介素-10水平明显高于参照组,而肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗后CD3+、CD4+及CD4+/CD8+明显高于参照组,而CD8+水平低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%,明显高于参照组的74.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿紫癜性肾炎患者予以雷公藤多苷治疗可有效改善患者免疫功能,提高临床疗效。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside in the treatment of children with purpura nephritis,and to analyze the effect on their immune function.Method:A Total of 70 cases of children with purpura nephritis admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random table method,they were divided into the research group and the reference group,with 35 cases each.Patients in the reference group were given routine anti-allergic treatment,while patients in the study group were treated with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside on the basis of routine treatment,and the immune function indexes and clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The levels of interleukin-8 and interleukin-10 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,while the level of CD8+was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than 74.29%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside can effectively improve the immune function of children with purpura nephritis and improve the clinical effect.
