摘要
目的:探讨谷氨酰胺预防早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的效果。方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月笔者所在医院收治的早产儿90例,根据是否预防性应用谷氨酰胺分为对照组(n=45)与研究组(n=45)。对照组应用常规静脉营养与母乳或配方乳喂养,研究组在对照组基础上加用谷氨酰胺,比较两组喂养1、5、10 d的胱抑素C(CysC)与高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,同时记录两组喂养10 d后的早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)发生率。结果:研究组喂养1、5、10 d的CysC与hs-CRP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组喂养10 d后NES发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:谷氨酰胺可有效预防早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎的发生,同时在抑制肠道起源的炎性反应方面具有一定效果。
Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of Glutamine on preterm infants with necrotizing enterocolitis.Method:Ninety preterm infants admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were divided into the control group(n=45)and the research group(n=45)according to whether Glutamine was used prophylactically or not.The control group was given routine intravenous nutrition and breast milk or formula feeding.The research group was given Glutamine on the basis of the control group.The levels of cystatin C(CysC)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were compared between the two groups after feeding for 1,5 and 10 days.The incidence of necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC)was alsorecorded between the two groups after feeding 10 days.Result:The levels of CysC and hs-CRP in the research group were lower than those of the control group after feeding for 1,5 and 10 days,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And the incidence of NES in the research group was lower than that of the control group after feeding 10 days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Glutamine can effectively prevent the occurrence of necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm infants,and it also has certain effect in inhibiting the inflammatory reaction of intestinal origin.
