摘要
目的:观察补肾调冲活血系列方序贯治疗薄型子宫内膜所致不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将84例不孕症患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组卵泡期给予戊酸雌二醇片、黄体期给予地屈孕酮片。试验组给予补肾调冲活血系列方序贯疗法。连续用药3个月经周期,B超观察人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotropin,HCG)注射日子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜形态,检测两组患者治疗前后血清雌二醇(estradiol,E2)、血清孕酮(progesterone,P)水平。结果:两组患者第2周期和第3周期HCG注射日子宫内膜厚度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组HCG注射日A型子宫内膜率和排卵率随月经周期数增加呈上升趋势,但两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组HCG注射日E2、黄体中期P水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组临床妊娠率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾调冲活血系列方序贯治疗薄型子宫内膜所致不孕症,可增加患者子宫内膜厚度,提高子宫内膜容受性,从而提高临床妊娠率。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of a series of prescriptions of tonifying the kidney and regulating TV and activating blood circulation on infertility caused by thin endometrium.Methods:A total of 84 infertile patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the method of random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estradiol Valerate Tablets in follicular phase and Dydrogesterone Tablets in luteal phase.The experimental group was given a series of prescriptions of tonifying the kidney and regulating TV and activating blood circulation.After three consecutive menstrual cycles,human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG),the endometrial thickness and morphology of were measured by B-ultrasound.The serum estradiol(E2) and progesterone(P) levels were measured before and after treatment.Results:The difference of endometrial thickness between the two groups in the 2 nd and 3 rd circle was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the endometrial rate and ovulation rate of type A increased with the number of menstrual cycles,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of daytime E2 and P in the middle luteal phase of HCG between the two groups(P>0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,there was statical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:A series of prescriptions of tonifying the kidney and regulating TV and activating blood circulation has a remarkable efficacy on infertility caused by thin endometrium,can increase the thickness of endometrium and endometrial receptivity,so as to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
