摘要
在中美贸易战背景下,以OECD行业分类标准为基础,结合中国2013年发布的《高技术产业(制造业)分类(2013)》,一方面以医药制造业、航空航天设备、电子及通信设备、医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表和计算机及办公设备制造业等五大高新技术产业为研究对象,选取显示性竞争优势指数(CA指数)对中美高新技术产业中的该五大产业国际竞争力进行对比。另一方面,在明确所处国际市场位置基础上,利用面板随机效应模型对影响中国高新技术产业发展的因素进行分析,进而提出中国高新技术产业发展的战略选择。
Under the background of US-China trade war,this article is based on the OECD industry classification standard,combined with China’s 2013"high technology industry(manufacturing)classification(2013),taking the classification of the pharmaceutical manufacturing,aerospace equipment,electronic and communication equipment,medical equipment and instrument and computer and office equipment manufacturing industry and so on five big high and new technology industry as the research object,select display competitive advantage index(CA index)of high and new technology industry of China and the United States in the five big industry international competitiveness were analyzed.On the basis of knowing the position of China’s international market,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of China’s high-tech industry by using panel stochastic effect model,and then puts forward countermeasures for the development strategy of China’s high-tech industry.
