摘要
结合我国生鲜农产品流通电商发展现状,对现有的三种生鲜电商模式进行分析比较,对比分析不同种类的生鲜电商模式的优势和劣势,并运用系统动力学理论和Vensim模型对其中两种市场占有度较高的模式进行仿真模拟。结果表明,相对于B2C模式,O2O模式下的生鲜电商利润更高,总成本更低。
Based on the existing theoretical basis and the current situation of fresh agricultural products distribution e-commerce in China, the authors made an analysis and comparison of three existing fresh electronic commerce modes,comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different types of fresh electronic commerce modes,and simulate the two modes with high market share by using system dynamics theory and Vensim PLE model. The results show that compared with the B2C model, the profit of the fresh e-commerce under the O2O model is higher and the total cost is lower.
