上消化道微生态与食管癌的研究进展 被引量:7

Research progress in upper digestive tract microbiota and esophageal cancer

摘要 食管癌发病率和死亡率较高,侵袭性强且预后差,在我国每年发病和死亡人数约占全球一半。其病因尚未明确,已知与不良饮食和生活习惯致上消化道慢性损伤、遗传、环境等众多因素有关。随着分子生物学技术的不断进步,宏基因组学和高通量测序开始作为非培养法代替传统培养法进行微生态分析成为研究热点。已有不少研究表明上消化道微生态的紊乱可能是食管癌的发病原因之一,通过与机体复杂地相互作用参与多种机制影响着食管癌的发生发展。本文就这一研究进展作出综述,对于进一步明确上消化道微生态在食管癌的发病机制及诊疗方面的价值具有重要意义。 The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer are high,with strong invasiveness and poor prognosis.In China,the number of morbidity and death accounts for about half of the world.The cause of the disease has not yet been clarified,and it is known to be related to many factors such as chronic damage to the upper digestive tract caused by poor diet and lifestyle,heredity and environment.With the continuous advancement of molecular biology technology,metagenomics and high-throughput sequencing began to be used as non-culture methods instead of traditional culture methods for micro-ecological analysis,and is becoming a research hotspot.Many studies have shown that the disturbance of upper digestive tract microecology may be one of the causes of esophageal cancer,which affects the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer through complex interactions with the body and various mechanisms.This paper reviews the research progress,which is of great significance to further clarify the value of upper gastrointestinal microecology in the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of esophageal cancer.
