摘要
自2007年N-甲基-D-天门冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)抗体被首次发现以来,已有超10种自身免疫性脑炎(AE)相关抗体陆续被发现,使得既往许多不明原因的脑炎得到确诊。同时,随着对AE研究的不断深入,对AE的病因、抗体产生机制及致病机制的认识也更加清楚。现介绍AE的病因、抗体产生机制及致病机制的研究进展,并结合临床,阐述其对AE诊治的指导作用。
Since the anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor(NMDAR)antibody was discovered in 2007,over 10 kinds of antibodies related to autoimmune encephalitis(AE)has been identified.Thus,more formerly undiagnosed encephalitis can be confirmed now.At the same time,with the deepening of AE research,the understanding of the etiology,antibody production mechanism and pathogenic mechanism of AE is getting clear.This paper introduces the etiology,antibody production mechanism and pathogenic mechanism of AE,and elaborates the guiding role in relevant research findings in the diagnosis and treatment of AE.
