摘要
试验以加拿大一枝黄花(Solidago canadensis)和豚草(Ambrosia artemisiifolia)为研究材料,研究S.canadensis粗提取液对A.artemisiifolia种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,0.04、0.08和0.16 g/mL的S.canadensis地上和地下粗提取液对A.artemisiifolia种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用呈现明显的“低促高抑”效应,其中粗提液浓度为低浓度(0.04~0.08 g/mL)时,对豚草种子萌发和幼苗生长呈现促进作用,在0.08 g/mL时,促进作用最强,在高浓度(0.16 g/mL)时则呈现抑制作用,且都达到显著水平。
The effects of extract solution of Solidago canadensis on seed germination and seedling growth of Ambrosia artemisiifolia were studied.The results showed that 0.04,0.08 and 0.16 g/mL of S.canadensis extract solution had strong allelopathic effects on seed germination and seedling growth of A.artemisiifolia,which presented obvious“low-promotion and high-inhibition effects”.The low extract concentration(0.04-0.08 g/mL)in the aerial part and the underground part promoted seed germination and seedling growth of A.artemisiifolia,and when at 0.08 g/mL,the effect was the strongest.At high concentration(0.16 g/mL),the inhibition effect was significant,and both reached significant levels.
