摘要
目的观察脑梗死恢复期患者接受康复护理的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年12月我院收治的1100例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机将其划分为研究组(n=550例)与对照组(n=550例),对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组在此基础上给予康复护理,对比两组脑梗死患者护理效果及生活活动能力量表测评情况。结果研究组与对照组护理前ADL量表评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通过相应的护理,研究组(94.73%)与对照组(67.27%)护理总有效率差异有统计学意义,且研究组ADL量表评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论针对脑梗死患者在实施康复护理,不仅可以提升患者护理满意度,也能改善患者神经功能水平,从而有效改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing for cerebral infarction convalescent patients.Methods 1100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the research group(n=550 cases)and the control group(n=550 cases).The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the research group was given rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The nursing effect and life activity scale of the two groups of cerebral infarction patients were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in ADL scale scores before nursing between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Through the corresponding nursing,the total effective rate of nursing in the study group(94.73%)and the control group(67.27%)was significantly different,and the ADL scale score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing for cerebral infarction patients can not only improve patients'nursing satisfaction,but also improve patients'neurological function level,thus effectively improving patients'clinical symptoms.
