高墩连续刚构桥0~#块托架反力架预压技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用传统沙袋和水箱加载预压法进行预应力混凝土连续刚构桥0^#块托架预压施工存在施工成本高、加载时间长、施工风险大等难题。依托省道308线合江至泸州一级公路改建工程赤水河特大桥高墩连续刚构0号块预压施工,阐述了反力架预压施工技术的原理、反力架的结构和施工工艺流程,成功解决了赤水河特大桥0号块托架预压的难题。该技术工艺简单、耗材用量少、施工安全风险低,所取得的经验可供类似工程借鉴。 It is difficult to carry out the preloading construction of 0^# block bracket of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge by using the traditional sand bag and water tank preloading method because of high construction cost,long loading time,high construction risk and other difficulties.Basing on the 0#block bracket preloading construction of high pier continuous rigid frame of Chishuihe Great Bridge in the reconstruction project of Hejiang-Luzhou first class highway of provincial highway 308,this paper expounds the principle of preloading construction technology of the reaction frame,structure of the reaction frame and the construction process,which successfully solves the preloading problem of the 0^# block bracket of Chishuihe Great Bridge.This technology has the advantages of simple technical process,low consumption of consumables and low construction safety risk.The experience obtained can be used for reference by similar projects.
