摘要
固增水电站EPC工程项目总承包单位为中国水电七局·中电建成都院联合体,中国水电七局作为联合体的牵头方。作为传统建设模式中施工的一方,如何做好牵头方对于施工单位来说是一个巨大的挑战。以该工程为例,阐述了水电工程EPC项目管理中获得的实际操作经验。
The general contractor of Guzeng Hydropower Station EPC Project is the Jointed Venture of Sinohydro Bureau 7 Co.,LTD and Chengdu Engineering Co.,LTD,with Sinohydro Bureau 7 as the leading party.As the most vulnerable party in the traditional construction mode,how to take the lead is a huge challenge for the construction party.Taking this project as an example,this paper expounds the practical operation experience obtained in the EPC project management of hydropower project.
