摘要
以33个家系的甘蔗实生苗为材料,对影响甘蔗产业经济效益最重要的蔗产量、甘蔗蔗糖分、甘蔗纤维分进行经济遗传值分析,并采用对机械化生产影响较大的其他重要性状对经济遗传值进行修正,结果表明:粤糖00-319、HoCP07-613、粤糖93-159、HoCP01-564、粤糖92-1287为适宜选育机械化生产的母本;ROC22、德蔗93-88、德蔗03-83、HoCP00-1142为适宜选育机械化生产的父本;粤糖93-159×德蔗03-83、ROC22×桂糖92-66、粤糖00-319×ROC22、崖城06-61×ROC22和粤糖92-1287×HoCP00-1142可作为选育适宜机械化生产的新品种的重点家系。
Sugarcane seedlings from 33 families were used to evaluate the economic genetic values of 3 important quantitative characters(cane yield,sugar and fiber contents)which were mainly influenced economic benefit of sugarcane industry.In addition,the data of other important characters which had influence on mechanized production were used to correct the economic genetic value.The results showed that YT00-319,HoCP07-613,YT93-159,HoCP01-564 and YT92-1287 were female parental clones,and ROC22,DZ93-88,DZ03-83 and HoCP00-1142 were male parental clones suitable for mechanized production.YT93-159×DZ03-83,ROC22×GT92-66,YT00-319×ROC22,YC06-61×ROC22,YT92-1287×HoCP00-1142 were identified as key families for mechanized production.
