摘要
目的探究6S管理对住院患者满意度影响,为临床实践提供理论依据。方法本研究涉及对象为80例住院患者,研究时间为2017年4月至2018年3月,分为对照组与研究组,每组各40例,给予对照组常规医疗治理,给予研究组6S管理。对比2组患者的医疗护理质量评分、心理状态、生活质量与患者满意度。结果研究组评分明显优于对照组,形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组睡眠潜伏期时间与睡眠时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及生活质量评分优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中实施6S管理,有效提升服务质量,缓解负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,得到满意评价,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the impact of 6S management on hospitalized patients'satisfaction and provide theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods The research period was from April 2017 to March 2018.The study involved 80 inpatients,they were divided into reference group and research group,40 inpatients in each group.The reference group was given routine care and the research group was given 6S management.The scores of medical care quality,psychological state,quality of life and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group,forming a statistical significance(P<0.05).The sleep latency time and sleep time in the research group were better than those in the reference group,forming statistical significance(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the research group were better than those of the reference group,forming statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of life quality of the research group was better than that of the reference group,forming statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,forming statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion 6S management can effectively improve service quality,relieve negative emotions,improve sleep quality,and get satisfactory evaluation.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
