摘要
目的探讨胸痛专职护士+优化护理流程对急性心肌梗死急诊救治的效果。方法选取2017年5月至9月在某院因胸痛、胸闷就诊并行急诊PCI的40例患者,纳入对照组,给予常规护理流程;选取2017年10月至2018年2月在某院因胸痛、胸闷就诊并行急诊PCI的40例患者,纳入观察组,给予安排胸痛专职护士+优化的护理流程,并对胸痛专职护士进行专业、系统培训,比较两组急性胸痛患者急诊接诊时间、首份心电图时间、肌钙蛋白时间、D-to-B时间、重要仪器时钟统一正确率、患者满意度。结果观察组患者行急诊PCI术后患者急诊接诊时间、首份心电图时间、肌钙蛋白时间、D-to-B时间分别为(2.13±0.05)min、(3.65±1.12)min、(19.1±0.15)min、(71.29±1.22)min,对照组患者急诊接诊时间、首份心电图时间、肌钙蛋白时间、D-to-B时间分别为(3.22±1.02)min、(6.87±2.21)min、(38.33±1.23)min、(153.57±10.08)min,两组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理流程的满意度优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论胸痛专职护士+优化的护理流程在急诊胸痛患者抢救中的应用效果显著,可显著缩短急性胸痛患者的救治时间,提高救治成功率,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of special nurses for chest pain management and optimized nursing process on emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods 40 patients in our hospital from May to September 2017,who underwent emergency PCI due to chest pain and chest tightness were selected into the control group and given routine nursing procedures.40 patients in our hospital from October 2017 to February 2018,who underwent emergency PCI due to chest pain and chest tightness were selected into the observation group.Special nurse for chest pain management were arranged and optimized the process,gave professional and system training to the special nurse for chest pain management,compared the admission time,first electrocardiogram,troponin time,D-to-B important instrument clock time,unified time,and patient satisfaction of the two groups of patients with acute chest pain emergency.Results The emergency admission time,first ECM time,troponin time and D-to-B time after emergency PCI in the observation group were(2.13±0.05)min,(3.65±1.12)min,(19.1±0.15)min and(71.29±1.22)min,respectively.In the control group,the emergency treatment time,first ECG time,troponin time and D-to-B time were(3.22±1.02)min,(6.87±2.21)min,(38.33±1.23)min and(153.57±10.08)min,respectively,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing process than those in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of professional nurses for chest pain management and optimized nursing process in emergency rescue of patients with chest pain can significantly shorten the treatment time of patients with acute chest pain and improve the success rate of treatment,and the satisfaction of patients,therefore it is worthy of clinical application.
