摘要
目的调查分析我海某岛礁官兵身心健康状况及卫生服务需求,以便岛礁医院给广大官兵提供更具针对性的医疗服务。方法采用自行设计的“健康状况及卫生服务需求”调查问卷,通过问卷发放形式对我海某岛礁来院就医的官兵共167人就健康状况、卫生服务需求及就医满意度三大方面内容进行相关调查。结果回收有效问卷160份,问卷回收有效率96%。在患病方面:岛礁官兵月患病率70%,其中发病率较高的依次为腰肌劳损、关节痛、皮肤病、口腔疾病、外伤、上呼吸道感染。心理健康方面:18.13%的官兵经常或总是感觉到焦虑、情绪低落及孤独;在就医满意度方面:意见集中反映在药物供应及医疗设施配置方面,分别占总调查人数的10%和6.25%。结论岛礁官兵作为部队中的特殊群体,月患病率高,医务人员对官兵腰肌劳损、骨关节疾病、训练伤的预防、皮肤疾病、口腔牙齿疾病的防治与宣传力度需进一步加强,对岛礁官兵的心理健康需给予更多关注。适当增加岛礁医院药品的供应及合理添置医疗检查设备。
Objective To investigate the physical and psychological health of officers and soldiers,and their demand for health services and satisfaction with medical processes on some islands and reefs of Nansha so as to provide better and more targeted medical services for them.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the general condition,health state and demand for health services and satisfaction with medical processes of 167 officers and soldiers.Results A total of 167 questionnaires were sent out,and 160 were received with effective recovery of 96%.On these islands and reefs,the monthly morbidity rate of the officers and soldiers was 70%.The most common diseases were lumbar muscle strain,joint pain,skin diseases,oral and dental diseases,trauma,upper respiratory tract infection and gastrointestinal diseases.18.2%of the officers and soldiers often or always felt anxious,depressed and lonely.83.8% of officers and soldiers didn't receive psychological counseling,and 74.3% of them considered it necessary to have full-time psychologists.10% and 6.3% of the officers and soldiers were not satisfied with drug supply and medical facility configuration supply respectively.Conclusion The military officers and soldiers on islands and reefs are a special kind of group with high monthly morbidity,and have higher demand for health services and satisfaction with medical processes.More efforts should be made to prevent some diseases which the officers and soldiers easily get,and more attention should be paid to physical and psychological health.It's necessary to increase the supply of drugs and properly purchase medical equipments in Nansha island and reef hospitals.
