摘要
临床观察及动物实验发现葛根苓连汤有明确的降糖作用,其具有清热燥湿、解表清里之功。近年来,关于葛根苓连汤降糖作用机制的研究越来越多,所得结论显示葛根苓连汤降糖与改善胰岛素抵抗、调节糖脂代谢、改善氧化应激、改变肠道菌群结构、影响机体某些基因表达等有关。但在取得成果的同时也存在一些问题:首先,对基因表达水平的机制研究仍不够深入,还需进一步完善各类理论研究;其次,尚缺乏大量规范的临床研究,且指标检测范围局限,具体靶向作用尚未明确。参考文献56篇。
In the clinical observations and animal experiments it has been found that the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)formula Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根苓连汤)has a definite hypoglycemic effect.It has the functions of clearing heat and drying dampness,relieving the exterior and clearing the interior.In recent years,more and more researches on the mechanism of hypoglycemic action of Gegen Qinlian Decoction have shown that hypoglycemic action of Gegen Qinlian Decoction is related to the ameliorating insulin resistance,regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,relieving oxidative stress,changing the structure of intestinal flora,and affecting certain gene expressions in the body.However,there are some issues to be further studied.First,the researches on gene expression level is not insightful,and various theoretical studies need to be further improved.Second,more standardized clinical experimental studies are needed,experiment indexes are not comprehensive,and specific targeting effects have not been clarified.There are 56 references.
