摘要
通过查阅近10年相关文献,对桂枝茯苓方制剂治疗痛经、子宫肌瘤、慢性盆腔炎的物质基础及质量控制模式研究进行整理,总结与桂枝茯苓方制剂功效主治相关的成分研究,以及多层次的质量控制模式研究,如指纹图谱、超髙效液相色谱、超髙效液相色谱-串联质谱法等多成分质量控制新技术。研究显示桂枝茯苓方制剂的物质基础及质量控制取得一定的进展,但不同制剂间的水平不一,研究的深度尚有待于加强。参考文献45篇。
Through reviewing the relevant literatures in the last 10 years,the research on the material basis and quality control model of Guizhi Fuling Preparation for dysmenorrhea,uterine fibroids and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were summarized,the research on the components related to the efficacy of Guizhi Fuling Preparation was also generalized,and the multi-level quality control model was studied,such as the new multi-component quality control technologies like fingerprints,ultra high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC),ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS)Studies on the material basis and quality control of Guizhi Fuling Preparation have made some progress,but the quality level of different preparations is not same,and there are advantages and disadvantages to each quality control model.Besides,research depth needs to be strengthened.There are 45 references.
