摘要
目的:利用统计学方法分析灸法治疗癌因性疲乏的选穴规律及特点。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国科技期刊数据库、万方数据库有关灸法治疗癌因性疲乏的期刊文献,进行统计分析。结果:本研究共纳入26篇相关文献,涉及10条经络,29个腧穴;选穴以关元、足三里、气海、中脘、神阙为主;选用腧穴多以特定穴为主;穴位分布以腹背部、下肢为主;腧穴所属经脉以任督脉、胃经为主;常用治疗方法以艾条灸、温灸器灸和艾炷灸为主。结论:灸法治疗癌因性疲乏选穴以补虚为主。
Objective:To analyze the acupuncture point choosing rule and characteristics of moxibustion in treatment of cancer-related fatigue with statistical methods.Methods:The Chinese Journal Full-text Database,the Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database,and the Wanfang Database were used to analyze the journals of moxibustion for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.Results:A total of 26 related articles were involved in this study,involving 10 meridians and 29 acupoints;the selected points were mainly Guanyuan,Zusanli,Qihai,Zhongmu and Shenque;the selection of acupoints was mainly based on specific acupoints;the distribution of the acupoints are mainly on the abdomen and lower limbs;most of the acupoints belong to the Du Meridian and the stomach Meridian;the commonly used moxibustion treatment methods are Moxa roll moxibustion,wwarm moxibustion and moxibustion with Moxi column moxibustion.Conclusion:The main function of the moxibustion in treatment of cancer-related fatigue is to tonify deficiency.
