摘要
全媒体环境对健康文化传播工作既是新挑战又是新机遇。南通大学附属医院在健康文化传播中有丰富的实践探索:新老媒体转型融合、打造以官微为中心的新媒体矩阵、创新以安心组合为代表的健康文化、建成国内首个国家级医疗科普类博物馆、打造培养医疗新媒体人才的基地、牵头打造超级科普公益平台。鉴于这些成功实践,得出要注重顶层设计从机制上予以保障、培养新时代专业人才建立三级梯队、保障资金基础上倡导“购买服务”新模式、健康传播效能度仍有较大提升空间等健康文化传播的心得体会,为其他医院在全媒体环境下进行健康文化传播提供借鉴。
The all-media environment is not only a new challenge but also a new opportunity for the health culture communication.The affiliated hospital of Nantong University has abundant practical exploration in the health culture communication,including:the transformation and integration of new and old media;to create a new media matrix centered on official WeChat;to innovate the healthy culture represented by the reassurance combination;to build the first national medical science museum in China;to build a base for training medical new media talents and take the lead in building a super science popularization public welfare platform.In view of these successful practices,there are some feelings and experiences on the healthy culture communication in this study,including:the top-level design should be guaranteed from the mechanism;new era professionals should be trained to establish a three-tier echelon;new mode of“purchasing services”should be advocated on the basis of security funds;the effectiveness of health communication still has considerable room to improve.All these provide references for other hospitals to carry out health culture communication in the all-media environment.
