摘要
从持之以恒求知学习、提升自我教学能力、坚持批判性的反思、开展全方位的合作四种策略方法出发,详细论述英语教师基于自身资源利用的专业发展方案设计,指出英语教师要通过撰写教师教学日志、做好问卷访谈调查、实施课堂教学监控、参与集体备课、积极撰写论文方可实现自身的专业发展。
From the four strategies of persevering in learning,improving self-teaching ability,adhering to critical reflection,and carrying out all-round cooperation,the design of professional development plan for English teachers based on their own resource utilization was discussed,and English teachers'professional development can be achieved by writing teaching logs,doing questionnaire surveys,implementing classroom teaching monitoring,participating in group preparation,and actively writing papers.
