摘要
针对某1000 MW超超临界机组两次阀门活动试验过程中EH油压下降、阀门动作异常而导致的汽机跳闸现象。结合多次试验过程,基于阀门活动试验汽门动作机理和EH油液压控制原理分析,得出引起汽机跳闸的直接原因是汽门跳闸电磁阀卡涩,根本原因是阀门活动试验逻辑存在一定缺陷和隐患。针对阀门活动试验过程中可能存在的隐患和风险,优化了阀门活动试验汽门快关逻辑,提出了改进和预防措施。
In view of the turbine trip phenomenon caused by EH oil pressure drop and abnormal valve action during the two valve operation tests of 1000 MW ultra-supercritical power unit,in connection with multiple test processes and based on the valve action mechanism and analysis of EH oil hydraulic control principle,it is concluded that the direct cause of the turbine trip is the valve tripping solenoid valve stuck,while the root cause is that the valve action test logic has certain hidden defects.In the light of the hidden dangers and risks that may exist in the valve activity test process,the valve quick-closing logic of valve activity test is optimized,and modifications and corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
