关节镜诊断治疗跗骨窦综合征14例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 跗骨窦综合征是指在患者跗骨窦内及其邻近结构病变产生的长期疼痛无有效缓解的疾病,常见于踝关节扭伤引起,慢性滑膜炎是其最常见的病理表现,目前临床还尚未完全掌握其发病的具体机制。虽然早在20世纪50年代末期这一病症就已经被认知,但很长一段时间里对其的主要治疗方法仍然是封闭治疗和手术治疗这两类,而其临床治疗的效果不佳。因此,寻找一种行之有效的跗骨窦综合征诊疗方法是当前骨外科临床医学研究的重点问题之一。本文关节镜诊疗方法对跗骨窦疾病的诊断及治疗效果,现报告如下。
