摘要
目的评价改良美容切口在腮腺良性肿瘤手术应用的临床效果。方法收集37例腮腺肿瘤患者,采用由面部提升术切口改良而来的腮腺美容切口入路,进行保留面神经和耳大神经的腮腺肿瘤切除术。随访观察该切口的美观程度及临床疗效。结果所有患者均达临床I期愈合,无涎瘘发生。所有患者术后初期均出现不同程度的耳垂麻木,2例患者耳大神经损伤行即刻吻合术,所有患者耳垂麻木于术后2~4个月恢复。结论改良美容切口入路隐蔽,美容效果好,腮腺浅叶、深叶肿瘤建议采用此术式。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of modified cosmetic incision in parotid benign tumor surgery.Methods A total of 37 cases of parotid gland tumors were included.The modified cosmetic incision was applied in the resection of the tumors with the preservation of facial nerve and greater auricular nerve.The patients were followed up and the clinical effects evaluated.Results All incision healed with first intention and no fistula occured.At the early stage,all patients showed various degrees of earlobe numbness,greater auricular nerve injury occured in 2 patients followed by immediate anastomosis.All patients recovered from earlobe numbness 2-4 months after operation.The patients were satisfied with the aesthetic effect.Conclusion The improved cosmetic incision is concealed and has good cosmetic effect.It can be used in almost all superficial and deep lobe tumors of parotid gland.
