口腔癌患者唾液菌群变化与口腔癌相关性的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过高通量测序和rRNA基因技术检测不同人群口腔唾液中的菌群种类及数量,探讨口腔菌群变化与口腔癌的相关性。方法采集口腔癌患者、家属、健康人群的口腔唾液,提取细菌基因组DNA并扩增、测序,对三组唾液菌群的组成和相对丰度进行检测。结果三组人群全唾液内主要菌群属水平分布较为一致,但不同菌属分布具有差异性,奈瑟氏菌属、普氏菌属_7、罗氏菌属的分布在肿瘤患者及正常人之间具有显著差异,肿瘤患者含量明显下降。结论口腔内唾液菌群的变化与口腔癌的发生有一定相关性,唾液内菌群的检测有可能做为未来口腔癌诊断、筛查或预后判断的一种手段。 Objective To investigate the correlation between oral flora changes and oral cancer in saliva of different populations.Methods Oral saliva was collected from patients with oral cancer,their families and healthy people,and bacterial genomic DNA was extracted,amplified and sequenced.The composition and relative abundance of the three groups were determined.Results The distribution of major bacterial species in saliva of the three groups was consistent,but the distribution of different bacterial species was different.The distribution of Neisseria,Prevotella_7 and Rothia was significantly different between oral cancer patients and normal people,and the content of oral cancer patients was significantly decreased.Conclusion The change of salivary flora in oral cavity has a certain correlation with the occurrence of oral cancer.The detection of saliva flora may have the potential to be used as a means for the diagnosis,screening or prognosis of oral cancer.
