摘要
在运用超效率DEA模型有效测度中国的30个省(自治区、直辖市)2001—2016年旅游业环境效率的基础上,综合运用探索性空间分析法、地统计学分析法,进一步揭示旅游业环境效率的时空格局演变特征。实证分析发现,中国大部分省份的旅游业环境效率不高但增长趋势明显,且省际差异显著;旅游业环境效率呈空间正相关且空间分布格局较为稳定;旅游业环境效率的区域差异不断扩大,随机性因素和结构性因素是旅游业环境效率区域差异的主要影响因素,旅游业环境效率的高值极核中心集中在东部发达省份,呈现出由东北向东南方向迁移的特征。据此提出,应进一步加快产业转型升级以营造责任利益共同体,健全环境管理机制以推动旅游可持续发展,完善环境约束体系以提升应急预案执行力,从而缩小旅游业环境效率的区域差异,推进旅游业均衡发展。
Based on the super-efficiency DEA model to effectively measure the tourism environmental efficiency in 30 provinces(including autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2001 to 2016,the exploratory spatial data analysis and geostatistics methods are applied to further reveal the evolution characteristics of the spatial and temporal pattern of tourism environmental efficiency.The results show that the tourism environmental efficiency in most provinces of China is not high,but the growth trend is obvious,and inter-provincial differences are significant.The tourism environmental efficiency is positively correlated in space and the spatial pattern is stable.The regional differences of tourism environmental efficiency are expanding.Randomness and structural factors are the main influencing factors for the formation of regional differences in the tourism environmental efficiency.The high-value polar core centers of tourism environmental efficiency are mainly concentrated in the eastern developed provinces and showing the characteristics of migration from northeast to southeast.Therefore,we should further accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure to create a community of responsibility and interests,improve the environmental management mechanism to promote the sustainable development of tourism,improve the environmental restraint system to enhance the implementation of emergency plans,so as to narrow the regional differences in the tourism environmental efficiency and promote the balanced development of tourism.
