固溶处理对TP310HCbN冷轧不锈钢管晶粒度及力学性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究不同固溶处理制度对TP310HCbN冷轧不锈钢管组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:固溶温度越高,TP310HCbN冷轧不锈钢管的晶粒生长越快,其硬度越低;温度为1 240℃时,其抗拉强度、延伸率和屈强比均出现转折点;保温15 min与保温30 min的力学性能变化不明显,固溶温度对硬度、拉伸性能影响显著,而且断裂机理由准解离断裂向韧窝断裂转变。TP310HCbN冷轧不锈钢管的最优固溶处理制度为1 240℃保温15 min。 Investigated are the effects by different solution treatment schemes on microstructure and mechanical pro-perties of the cold-rolled TP310HCbN stainless steel pipe.As a result the facts as follows are revealed.The higher the solid solution temperature,the faster the grain growth,but the lower the hardness;and at 1240℃,dramatic changes of tensile strength,elongation and yield strength ratio appear;the mechanical property changes are not obvious no matter the holding time is 15 min.or 30 min.;the solid solution temperature produces a remarkable effect on the hardness and the tensile properties,while the fracture mechanism changes from quasi-cleavage fracture to dimple fracture;the optimal solid solution treatment scheme for TP310HCbN stainless steel cold-rolled pipe should be holding at 1240°C for 15 min.
