摘要
详细介绍了在数控轧辊磨床上磨削铝合金冷轧工作辊的磨削工艺。运用独创的磨削工艺,能快速磨削出满足铝合金冷轧工作辊所要求的辊型和表面要求,打破了传统加工对数控磨床运行精度的完全依赖,并合理避开了机床精度缺陷。运用此特定8刀磨削工艺,解决了磨工工作压力并可实现操作的智能化和便捷化,值得在数控轧辊磨床上进行大力推广。
The grinding technology of cold roller grinding on numerical control roller grinder is introduced,which can meet the re⁃quirements of roll shape and surface of cold roller,which breaks the complete dependence of traditional machining on the running ac⁃curacy of CNC grinder and avoids the accuracy defect of machine tool reasonably.Using this specific 8 steps of grinding process,the work pressure is solved and the intelligence and stupidity of the operation can be realized.It is worth popularizing on the CNC roller grinder.
