铝合金壳体材料黑线问题的研究与解决 被引量:2

摘要 针对电子产品用铝合金材料在挤压、阳极氧化后表面出现的黑线不良问题,通过对缺陷位置进行SEM扫描电镜分析,对不良部位黑线成分进行了表征和确认,对可能造成黑线不良的生产工艺进行了研究。同时,对材料生产过程从原材料及其管控、熔炼、铸造到晶粒细化一系列生产工序逐一进行研究,并制定改善措施,落实精细化管理,从而有效解决黑线问题,满足客户需求。 Aiming at the black line problems for aluminum alloy materials for electronic products after extruding and anodizing,the bad parts black line composition are characterized and confirmed through SEM analysison the defect position,the poor production pro⁃cess which caused black line was studied,and a series of production processes from raw materials and its control of material production,smelting,casting,grain refining were researched.The improvement measures were set out,the fine management was carried out,so as to effectively solve the problem of the black line,to meet customer demand.
