摘要 介绍了10000t多向模锻水压机目前的使用状况,提出了水压改为油压的必要性。对10000t多向模锻水压机改油压机的关键技术进行了研究,包括动力源的选取和设定、模锻压机主缸卸压、活动横梁自重和惯性的平衡、低速等温锻造等,建立了模锻水压机改油压机的技术路线。经过10000t多向模锻油压机生产实践,表明以上关键技术均切实可行。 The present application status of 10000T multi-cored forging pressis introduced,and the necessity of upgrading of 10000t multi-cored forging press from water-driven to oil-driven is put forward.The key technologies of water-to-oil conversion of 10000t multi-cored forging presswere studied,including the selection and setting of power sources,the main cylinder pressure relief of multi-cored forging press,the balance of dead weight and inertia of movable beam,low speed isothermal forging.The technology route of multi-cored forging press from water-driven to oil-drivene was established.Through the production practice of 10000t multi-cored forging oil-drivenpress,the above-mentioned technologies were tested.It shows that those key technologies are feasible.
