铝材表面杂化硅烷薄膜的制备及耐蚀性 被引量:2

Preparation and Corrosion Resistance of Hybrid Silane Films on Aluminum Surface

摘要 采用浸涂法在7N01铝合金表面制备一层杂化硅烷薄膜,通过电化学测试对其耐蚀性进行表征与分析。测试结果表明,硅烷膜中掺杂硝酸铈能增强硅烷膜的耐蚀性,未经任何处理的试样的腐蚀电流密度为1.35×10^-4A/cm^2,低频阻抗约3.98×10^3Ω∙cm^2;经单一硅烷处理之后腐蚀电流密度1.71×10^-6A/cm^2,低频阻抗约105Ω∙cm^2;掺杂硝酸铈后的腐蚀电流密度达到4.41×10^-8A/cm^2,低频阻抗约2.51×10^5Ω∙cm^2;掺杂沸石后的腐蚀电流密度为6.28×10^-7A/cm^2,低频阻抗约2.51×10^4Ω∙cm^2。扫描电镜分析结果表明掺杂硝酸铈的硅烷膜中存在铈氧化物。 A layer of hybrid silane film was prepared by dip coating on 7N01 aluminum alloy.The corrosion resistance was character⁃ized and analyzed by electrochemical test.The results show that the doping of cerium nitrate into silane film can enhance the corrosion resistance of silane film.The corrosion current density of the sample without any treatment was 1.35×10^-4A/cm^2,and the low-fre⁃quency impedance is about 3.98×10^3Ω∙cm^2;the corrosion current density decreased to 1.71×10^-6A/cm^2 when treated with silane,and the low-frequency impedance was about 105Ω∙cm^2;The corrosion current density reached 4.41×10^-8A/cm^2 when cerium nitrate was doped into silane and the low-frequency impedance was about 2.51×10^5Ω∙cm^2;the corrosion current density was 6.28×10^-7A/cm^2 after doping with zeolite and the low-frequency impedance was about 2.51×10^4Ω∙cm^2.Scanning electron microscopy analysis showed that cerium oxide was present in the silane film when doped with cerium nitrate.
