摘要
城市化与工业化的快速发展,使得环境污染与能源紧缺的问题成为全球性的问题。在可持续发展理念的推进下,各种新能源逐步开发与利用,太阳能光伏发电项目工程项目建设增多,有效实现了自然资源的有效利用。为保证光伏发电工程项目能够发挥最大的效益,EPC光伏电站工程建设要加强项目管理,解决项目实施中出现的各种问题。基于此,分析了EPC光伏电站工程建设过程中的项目管理,有效保障了项目建设的总体质量,推动了工程经济社会效益的实现。
The rapid development of urbanization and industrialization has made the problem of environmental pollution and energy shortage a global problem.Under the promotion of the concept of sustainable development,various new energy sources have been gradually developed and utilized,and the construction of solar photovoltaic power generation projects has increased,effectively realizing the effective use of natural resources.In order to ensure that photovoltaic power generation projects can maximize their benefits,EPC photovoltaic power plant construction must strengthen project management and solve various problems arising in project implementation.Based on this,the project management in the construction process of EPC photovoltaic power station project was analyzed,which effectively guaranteed the overall quality of project construction and promoted the realization of project economic and social benefits.
