红外光谱和裂解气相色谱-质谱联用技术在云母带胶黏剂成分剖析中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 采用红外光谱仪和裂解气相色谱-质谱联用仪对云母带胶黏剂主成分进行分析。首先使用甲苯提取云母带样品中的胶黏剂组分,待溶剂挥发后,采用ATR模式对其进行红外光谱分析,再取少量样品进行裂解后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析。结果表明:红外光谱和裂解气相色谱-质谱联用技术可有效分析云母带胶黏剂成分,方法便捷、准确有效。 The main components in mica tape adhesive were analyzed by infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(PyGC-MS). At first, the adhesive components in mica tape were extracted by toluene solvent, and the sample was analyzed directly by FTIR using ATR mode after the solvent was evaporated, and then a small number of samples were taken for pyrolysis to conduct PyGC-MS analysis. The results show that the components in mica tape adhesive can be analyzed effectively by FTIR and PyGC-MS coupling technique, and the method is convenient, accurate, and effective.
