摘要
分别采用断裂伸长率法和非等温氧化诱导法对核电用交联三元乙丙绝缘材料的活化能以及90℃下的使用寿命进行评估。结果表明:断裂伸长率法得到的活化能为111.51 kJ/mol,90℃下材料的使用寿命为53.76年;非等温氧化诱导法评估得到的活化能为170.41 kJ/mol,以135、150、165、180℃为加速老化温度时,预测得到材料在90℃下的使用寿命分别为252.06、543.87、789.76、978.35年。
The activation energy and service life at 90 ℃ of cross-linked EPDM insulating material for nuclear power were evaluated by fracture elongation method and non-isothermal oxidation induction method, respectively. The results show that the activation energy evaluated by the fracture elongation method is 111.51 kJ/mol, and the service life of the material at 90 ℃ is 53.76 years. The activation energy evaluated by the non-isothermal oxidation induction method is 170.41 kJ/mol, and the service life of the material at 90 ℃ is predicted to be 252.06 years, 543.87 years, 789.76 years, and 978.35 years, respectively when the accelerated ageing temperature is 135 ℃, 150 ℃, 165 ℃, and 180 ℃.
