摘要
本文介绍了热固性树脂改性氰酸酯(CE)树脂的研究现状,主要阐述了环氧树脂(EP)、双马来酰亚胺树脂(BMI)、苯并噁嗪树脂(BOZ)或多元化合物共聚改性氰酸酯树脂(CE)的研究进展,指出了上述热固性树脂改性氰酸脂的优缺点,并展望了氰酸酯树脂的发展前景。
The research status of thermosetting resin modified cyanate ester(CE) resin were introduced in this paper. The research progress of cyanate ester resin(CE) modified by epoxy resin(EP), bismaleimide resin(BMI), benzoxazine resin(BOZ) or multi-component copolymerization were mainly described, and their advantages and disadvantages were pointed out. The development prospect of cyanate ester resin was prospected.
