装备试验大数据管理平台设计研究 被引量:8

摘要 随着科学技术的进步,装备试验数据采集手段日趋多样,采集频率不断提高,采集数据量急剧增加,传统的基于关系型数据库的装备试验数据管理平台越来越难以对海量的装备试验数据进行全生命周期管理。大数据技术的发展为海量装备试验数据全生命周期管理提供了新的技术手段。因此,本文设计了一种采用大数据架构的装备试验数据管理平台,该平台采用在线采集、离线采集等多种数据采集方式对分散的装备试验数据进行汇聚整合,采用分布式数据存储系统对装备试验数据进行高效存储,利用装备试验数据多维关联管理方法对装备试验数据进行组织管理,运用神经网络、支持向量机等机器学习算法对装备试验数据进行分析挖掘,实现了装备试验数据全生命周期管理,有效提升了装备试验数据管理部门数据管理能力。 With the progress of science and technology,equipment test data collection means are becoming more and more diverse,the collection frequency is constantly increasing,and the amount of data collected is increasing rapidly,The traditional equipment test data management platform based on relational database is increasingly difficult to manage the whole life cycle of massive equipment test data.The development of big data technology provides new technical means for the full life cycle management of massive equipment test data.Therefore,this paper designs an equipment test data management platform using big data architecture,the platform adopts online collection,offline collection and other data collection methods to gather and integrate the scattered equipment test data,uses the distributed data storage system to efficient storage of equipment test data,organizes and manages equipment test data by multi-dimensional association management method of equipment test data,analyzes and mines equipment test data by using machine learning algorithms such as neural network and support vector machine.Realized the full life cycle management of equipment test data,effectively improves the data management ability of equipment test data management department.
