摘要
目的:观察温经汤灌肠联合口服戊酸雌二醇对寒凝血瘀型胚胎移植失败患者子宫内膜容受性及妊娠结局的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例。治疗组采用中药温经汤灌肠联合口服戊酸雌二醇治疗,对照组采用口服戊酸雌二醇治疗。以2个月经周期为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程。结果:治疗组在卵泡成熟日,子宫内膜厚度、形态以及血流参数等和对照组比较均有显著性差异(均P<0.05);治疗组妊娠率为63.3%,对照组妊娠率为33.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温经汤灌肠联合口服戊酸雌二醇能有效改善子宫内膜容受性,帮助胚胎着床,提高胚胎移植受孕率。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Wenjing decoction enema combined with oral estradiol valerate on endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome in patients with cold coagulation and stasis embryo transfer failure,and to evaluate the effect of Wenjing decoction enema on embryo transfer failure in pregnancy.Method:60 infertile patients who meet the criteria were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Wenjing decoction enema combined with oral estradiol valerate,and the control group was treated with oral estradiol valerate.The two groups were treated for 2 menstrual cycles as one course of treatment.Result:The treatment group had significant differences compared with the control group in terms of folli⁃cle maturity date,endometrial thickness,morphology,and changes in blood flow parameters(P<0.05).The pregnancy rate of treatment group was 63.3%,The pregnancy rate of the control group was 33.3%,the treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing decoction enema combined with oral estradiol valerate can effectively improve endometrial receptivity,help embryo implantation,and increase the conception rate of embryo trans⁃fer.
