摘要
通过构建地方区域大学动物医学专业应用型实践技能人才培养模式,探索出产教融合的动物医学专业群建设与地方产业群建设对接和人才培养与生产实践对接的方式与途径;对接国家职业标准和行业岗位标准,构建起产教融合、协同育人有机结合、与企业实现无缝对接的课程体系;形成了高校、企业、行业三方联合培养人才的长效机制,满足动物医学专业应用型人才需求。
In the construction of the skill training mode for the undergraduates majoring in venterinary medicine in a regional university,we have developed ways and means that are in line with the development of discipline group for venterinary medicine and industry group in the region.By these means,the talent programs are designed to be compatible with the social practice;the curriculum system,designed in accordance with both the national standard and the industrial post standard,is featured with the integration and synergy between industry and education,thus realizing the seamless cooperation with the enterprises.A long-term mechanism for talent cultivation involving collabration of the university,enterprises and the industry has been developed to meet the needs for talents in venterinary medicine.
