摘要
随着我国城市化的发展,园林植物种类多元化逐渐成为发展的趋势。但园林植物也会受低温胁迫影响其正常的生长发育。本研究测定了初冬低温胁迫下不同植物类型园林植物(草本植物、乔木、灌木)的丙二醛含量、渗透调节物质含量及保护性酶活性等生理指标。结果表明,草本植物丙二醛含量显著高于乔木和灌木;脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白分别在乔木、灌木和草本植物中发挥作用;乔木具有最低的酶活性。因此,草本植物比木本植物更容易受到低温的胁迫,并且相对于其它保护性物质,可溶性蛋白可能在抵抗低温胁迫时发挥了更为重要的作用。
Garden plants,which are becoming more deversified in the wake of urbanization in China,are easily affected by low temperature stress.In this study,physiological indices,namely the contents of malondialdehyde and osmotic regulatory substances,as well as the activities of the protective enzyme,were measured in different garden plants(i.e.herbaceous plants,trees and shrubs)under low temperature stress in early winter.The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde in herbaceous plants was significantly higher than that in trees and shrubs;proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein play important roles in trees,shrubs and herbs,respectively;and antioxidant enzyme activity in trees is the lowest.In conclusion,herbaceous plants were more susceptible to low temperature stress than woody plants,and soluble proteins might have played a more important role than other protective substances in resistance to low temperature stress.
