摘要
本研究通过建立黑色素瘤细胞(B16)的皮下异体移植瘤模型和肺转移模型,探索平消胶囊对临床广谱抗肿瘤药紫杉醇抑制黑色素瘤细胞生长和转移的影响,旨在为临床用药提供参考.实验结果显示,平消胶囊单用可有效抑制皮下移植瘤的生长,并可抑制肿瘤的肺转移,与紫杉醇联用可提高后者抑制移植瘤生长和转移的活性,作用机制可能与降低动物血清中IL-10的水平有关.平消胶囊与紫杉醇组成的给药方案可增强紫杉醇的抗肿瘤效果.
The B16 xenograft and lung metastasis mice model are used to investigate the efficacy of Pingxiao capsule on the anti-tumor activity of paclitaxel.The results show that the Pingxiao capsule can effectively inhibit the growth of xenograft tumor and inhibit the lung metastasis.The Pingxiao capsule can improve the anti-tumor activity of the latter.The mechanism of this effect is may be relate to the reduction of IL-10 level in animal serum.The prescription case of Pingxiao capsule and paclitaxel can enhance the anti-tumor effect of the latter to melanoma.
