摘要
总结沥青混凝土底砟层在轨道结构中的功能和优势,以及世界范围内沥青混凝土底砟层在实际工程中的应用情况,重点介绍并对比讨论各国沥青混凝土底砟层厚度设计方法及结构和材料设计中的关键指标控制。欧美国家及日本的研究和应用经验均表明,沥青混凝土底砟层能够满足有砟轨道的性能要求,且在防水、减振和降噪等方面具有优势,能够有效降低无砟轨道养护费用,延长使用寿命。目前,沥青混凝土底砟层普遍采用密级配沥青混合料,厚度设计主要参考沥青路面设计方法,以疲劳开裂破坏和永久变形量为主要验算指标。本文所述的应用经验和设计方法,能够为沥青混凝土道砟层在我国的推广和应用提供技术参考。
The functionalities, advantages and world-wide application cases of asphalt subballast layer were reviewed in this paper. The typical thickness design methods of asphalt subballast layer, as well as the key indices in material design, were comparatively introduced. The world-wide research studies and application experiences have shown that asphalt subballast layer can well satisfy the requirements of ballasted railway track system, and it also helps to improve drainage, reduce vibration and noise, thereby reduces maintenance cost and extends service life. At present, the asphalt subballast layer is commonly paved with dense-graded asphalt mixture, and the design methods are mainly based on that of asphalt pavement where fatigue cracking and permanent deformation are adopted as the performance indices. The application experience and design methods summarized in this paper can provide technical references for extending the applications of asphalt subballast layer in China.
