摘要
以某型号65Mn离合器整体式波形片为研究对象,通过Abaqus有限元分析软件对波形片受力变形过程进行数值模拟分析,预测了摩擦片对波形片施力所产生的轴向压缩特征曲线(加载曲线)。研究了波形片厚度、成形高度、圆角半径对压力-位移曲线的影响,并将模拟结果与产品要求进行对比分析。结果表明,较小的波形片厚度与较大的成形高度均可使加载曲线的拐点向右偏移,说明波形片实际负载区间减小,较小的压力即可导致波形片产生形变;而圆角半径数值的变化对加载曲线的影响程度并不明显。对给定参数下的波形片进行了加载实验,实验结果与模拟分析数值曲线基本吻合,表明采用Abaqus仿真分析可为波形片性能匹配优化提供参考依据。
Taking a certain type of 65Mn clutch integral waveform piece as the research object,numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the deformation process of waveform piece by Abaqus finite element analysis software,and the axial compression characteristic curve(loading curve)generated by the force exerted on waveform piece by the friction plate was predicted.The influence of thickness,forming height and fillet radius of waveform piece on pressure-displacement curve was studied,and the simulation results were compared with the product requirements.The results show that the inflection point of the loading curve can be shifted to the right with small thickness and large forming height,which shows that the actual load interval of the waveform piece decreases,and the deformation of the waveform piece can be caused by the smaller pressure.While the influence of the fillet radius value on the loading curve is not obvious.The loading experiment of the waveform piece with given parameters was carried out,the experimental results are basically consistent with the numerical curves of the simulation analysis,indicating that the Abaqus simulation analysis can provide references for the performance matching optimization of the waveform piece.
