摘要
以采用放电等离子烧结技术制备的Φ8 mm×12 mm TC4钛合金粉末预锻体为研究对象,采用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机在850~1050℃、0.001~5 s-1条件下进行热塑性变形行为研究。结果表明,相较于温度的变化,应变速率改变对TC4钛合金的热变形产生较大影响。在高温条件下(T>1000℃),放电等离子烧结后的TC4钛合金粉末对应变速率的变化更为敏感;在加工过程中应避免高应变速率(ε·≥0.22 s-1)下的变形。在高温条件下(T>970℃),应变速率应低于0.007 s-1,以避免流动不稳定的发生。放电等离子烧结TC4钛合金粉末热加工的最佳参数范围为930~1020℃、ε·<0.007 s-1。
Φ8 mm×12 mm TC4 titanium alloy powder preforgings prepared by spark plasma sintering were studied.The thermoplastic deformation behaviors of the preforgings at 850-1050℃and 0.001-5 s-1 were studied by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator.The results show that compared with the influence of the change of temperature,the change of strain rate has a greater influence on the hot deformation of TC4 titanium alloy.At high temperature(T>1000℃),TC4 titanium alloy powder sintered by spark plasma is more sensitive to the change of strain rate.Deformation at high strain rate(ε·≥0.22 s-1)should be avoided during the processing.At high temperature(T>970℃),the strain rate should be lower than 0.007 s-1 to avoid the occurrence of flow instability.The optimum parameters for hot processing of spark plasma sintered TC4 titanium alloy powder are 930-1020℃andε·<0.007 s-1.
