摘要
由于汽车内凹型复杂断面结构的管梁在预成形时易产生咬边缺陷,为此,提出一种混合成形方法,即在一个工序的前半段进行预成形,在后半段预成形的同时进行液压胀形。首先总结出管材的成形特点,并对管材混合成形的具体实施过程进行了介绍;其次根据内凹型管梁的结构特征总结出相应的分析要点。最后利用Dynaform对某管梁进行成形性分析,分别对不同闭合行程、内压力下管梁的最大减薄率、咬边宽度以及圆角贴合间隙进行分析,并给出了相应的分布规律;通过试验对该方法进行验证,结果表明:闭合行程较小时,内压力以带状分布才能满足样件要求;当闭合行程较大时,内压力的许用范围较窄。
A hybrid forming method,that was,preforming in the first half of a process,and preforming with hydroforming in the second half,was proposed for manufacturing the automobile tubular parts with inner concave and complicated section structure which is prone to generating undercut defect in preforming.Firstly,the forming characteristics of tube were summarized,and the processes of the hybrid forming of tube were introduced.Secondly,according to the structural characteristics of tubular parts with inner concave,the corresponding key issues were summarized.Finally,Dynaform software was used to analyze the formability of a tube beam,and the maximum thinning ratio,the width of undercut and the fitting clearance of fillet of tube beam under different closing strokes and internal pressures were analyzed,respectively,and the corresponding distribution rules were presented.The proposed method was verified by the experiments.The results show that when the closing stroke is small,the quality requirements only can be met with internal pressure of zonal distribution;when the closing stroke is large,the allowable range of the internal pressure is narrow.
