摘要
苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目人工砂石生产系统采用一种破碎机同步生产常态混凝土与碾压混凝土用砂的制砂工艺,生产出的成品砂质量稳定,内部级配合理,取得了较好的技术和经济效益。从系统产能设计、设备选型、工艺设计、工艺流程、质量技术要求等几个方面,对苏阿皮蒂水利枢纽项目人工砂石生产系统进行了详细介绍。
The artificial aggregate production system of Souapiti Hydro Project simultaneously produce two kinds of aggregates for the normal concrete and the roller compacted concrete respectively by single crusher.The quality of finished aggregates is stable and the gradation is reasonable,which achieve good technical and economic benefits.From the aspects of system capacity design,equipment selection,process design,process flow and quality technical requirements,the artificial aggregates production system of Souapiti Hydro Project is introduced in detail.
