摘要
在国际EPC总承包工程建设过程中,做好与咨询工程师之间的沟通,处理好相互之间的关系,对于工程的顺利实施是一项非常重要的工作。中国水利电力对外有限公司在几内亚凯乐塔(Kaleta)和苏阿皮蒂(Souapiti)两个水利枢纽工程建设过程中与法国咨询工程师就工程项目的实际沟通发现,充分掌握并熟悉合同内容是沟通的首要前提;以诚相待,建立良好的互信是沟通的基础;加强外文版中国规范的推出并使用是提高沟通效率的有效途径;加强专业术语翻译能力的提升是沟通的关键;采纳咨询工程师的建议也能促进沟通效果的提升。
In the process of building an international EPC project,it is a very important task to communicate well with consulting engineers and handle the relationship between them.During the construction of Kaleta and Souapiti hydro projects in Guinea by China International Water&Electric Corp.,the practice in the communication with French consulting engineers finds that,(a)grasping and understanding contract content fully is the primary prerequisite for communication;(b)treating each other with sincerity and building good mutual trust is the basis of communication;(c)strengthening the introduction and use of Chinese norms in foreign languages is an effective way to improve communication efficiency;(d)strengthening the improvement of professional terminology translation is also the key to communication;and(e)adopting the advices of consulting engineers can also promote the improvement of communication.
