摘要
通过采用2,3-二氨基萘作为柱前衍生试剂,建立了HPLC法用于测定乳制品中亚硝酸盐的含量。C18为色谱柱,水和乙腈流动相,检测波长为233 nm;在这一色谱条件下,亚硝酸盐的衍生产物具有良好分离效果,达到亚硝酸盐检测的效果。测得亚硝酸盐标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,回收率在88.6%~108.6%之间,重复性在1.57%~5.45%之间。该方法的灵敏度、准确度、重复性和回收率均满足实际检测需求。
A method for determination of nitrite in dairy products by HPLC with 2,3-diaminonaphthalene pre-column derivatization was established.C18 column,water/acetonitrile and 233 nm wavelength were chosen as chromatographic condition.Based on this condition,derivative product of nitrite obtained has good separation effect,and achieved the detection effect of nitrite.The correlation coefficients of standard curves obtained for nitrites were all greater than 0.999,the recovery rate was in the range of 88.6%~108.6%,and repeatability was in the range of 1.57%~5.45%.The sensitivity,accuracy,repeatability and recovery rate of this method all meet the actual detection demands.
