摘要
为了实现强酸碱等高腐蚀性化工物料的全自动化包装。设计了一种能适应各种强酸强碱性化工物料全自动包装的生产线,包括自动卸盖机、六头自动灌装机、自动旋盖机、称重复检机、贴标机、机器人码垛机、自动捆扎机,灌装机凡是与灌装物料接触的器件全部采用耐腐蚀的非金属高分子材料,适用任何具有腐蚀性的工业物料,卸盖、旋盖机采用伺服电机加三维移动平台技术,实现高速度、高成功率的卸盖和旋盖,码垛机采用高性能机器人完成码垛。该自动生产线对腐蚀性液体具备高速度、高精度、高自动化的包装能力,在实际应用中取得了较好的使用效果。
To achieve fully automated packaging of highly corrosive chemical materials such as strong acid and alkali.A production line that can adapt to fully automatic packaging of various kinds of chemical materials such as strong acid and alkali was designed,including automatic uncapping machine,six-head automatic filling machine,automatic capping machine,weight checker,labeling machine,robot palletizing machine and automatic strapping machine.The components of the filling machine device in contact with the filled material are all made of corrosion resistant nonmetallic polymer materials,which are suitable for any industrial material;the uncapping and capping machine adopts servo motor and three-dimensional mobile platform technology to achieve highspeed and high-success uncapping and capping,and palletizing machine adopts high-performance robot to achieve stacking.The automatic production line has the packaging capacity of corrosive liquid with high speed,high precision and high automation,and has achieved good effect in the practical application.
