摘要
随着东盟旅游一体化发展进程的加快,职业教育如何适应区域旅游业发展需求,培育高素质国际化旅游人才,成为各成员国旅游职业教育改革重要方向。该文以全面质量管理理论为指导,探讨东盟区域旅游人力资源合作动力、进程及成效,分析东盟各国旅游职业教育,以校企合作为人才培养模式,以区域资格认证框架为职业能力标准,以成果导向为人才培养宗旨,全面实施旅游职业教育质量保障体系,提升旅游院校人才培养质量。
With the acceleration of the development process of ASEAN tourism integration,the important direction of tourism vocational education reform in member countries focus on the ways to meet the needs of regional tourism development and cultivate high-quality international tourism talents.Under the guidance of Total Quality Control Theory,this essay discusses the motives,processes and effects of ASEAN regional tourism human resources cooperation,analyzes the paths to improve the quality of tourism talents by way of school-enterprise cooperation as the talent training mode,the regional qualification certification framework as the vocational capability standard,the result orientation as the talent training purpose,the tourism vocational education quality assurance system as the evaluation methods.
