摘要
严羽的《沧浪诗话》是宋代最负盛名、对后世影响最大的一部诗话,其核心美学范畴是"兴趣"和"妙悟"。"兴趣"要求诗人抒发真情实感,情感无迹可求。"妙悟"是经过构思冥想产生的一种奇妙的感悟,要求自然顿悟和追求意境。"兴趣"是"妙悟"的对象,"妙悟"是达到"兴趣"的途径。
Yan Yu’s Notes on Poetry by Canglang is one of the best ancient notes on poetry in the Song Dynasty. Its core aesthetic idea is "interest" and "subtle enlightenment"."Interest" requires the poet’s true feelings without trace;"subtle enlightenment" is a wonderful insight that comes from long or short periods of meditation, requiring natural insight and pursuit of artistic conception. "Interest" is the object of "subtle enlightenment", and "subtle enlightenment"is the way to achieve "interest".
